I was on the way to the shop for a rear main seal and oil pan gasket, my truck said no more. Broke a drive line on the way up to the shop which cracked my transmission in half, when I got there Randy had an awesome TCI transmission ready to rock for me at a really good price. Joey did a service on it like a master brain surgeon. During install we find the exhaust manifold bolts broken off.. cost was increasing and I've been wanting to do a engine rebuild or swap that 302 for a long time now, and seemed to be as good a time as any. Again Randy tracked down a performace built cammed 0 mile 351w and the project began. Nick knows what he's doing under the hood and dialed all the little gremlins out. Leaving the shop: new engine, transmission, headers, exhaust, duel gas tank swaps, new fuel pumps and a whole lot of other bells and whistles while keeping me in budget. Under my budget we set actually. My truck absolutely rips and is so reliable now. Gone on x2 over 100 mile drives with no issues, only a great team of mechanics and office staff to keep everything in order (parts, time, communication). Swapping over a bricknose ford from efi to carb is no easy feat.

No job to small or to big for this team. Cant wait for the next steps on the hot rod journey. Thankyou Randy, Joey, Nick and Christina.

The people at CAR have saved my butt not once, not twice, but three times now at least! Their kindness and integrity are out of this world and you don’t see that often. Their customer care and service are exceptional, too. I almost don’t want to leave this good review so that I can keep them as my secret 🤫 but alas, I don’t believe in gatekeeping. Super friendly front desk staff, work was done fast and when I mistakenly brought the wrong part they were fine with waiting for me to get a replacement. The work itself was perfect, I couldn't even tell that someone had touched my car apart from the part being replaced. I will be coming back, these guys have shown me that they're honest and hardworking.

This is a quality shop, with very smart techs who work on your classic, hot rod, custom and they even have room to repair your daily driver vehicles. They have great security which means your car is safe at all times.
Restorations, customizing, fabrication work quality. You can trust them with your $150k build or custom projects. Highly recommend.
